Moments: That's what baseball is all about. Some sweet, some bitter. On Saturday night, the Astros-Phillies had some of them in Game 6 of the World Series.
Kyle Schwarber provided a 1-0 lead. And then for Philadelphia, the bottom of the sixth was time to back up the pitching gem of right-hander Zack Wheeler. Houston was going to come back. And so, the decision came: Yordan cracked reliever José Alvarado's sinker, the ball flew into outer space, and literally, when he landed 450 feet at Minute Maid Park, the World Series was over.
It was the dream hit for Yordan. It was, finally, the moment Dusty Baker had been waiting for: The Astros conquered the glory of baseball!
